Privacy Policy

What we collect

Birth data: when you calculate a chart, we process the birth date, birth time (if provided), birth city, and time zone you enter. This is personal data — it is the minimum needed to compute your chart.

Visitor identifier: for anonymous usage we store a random visitor identifier and hashed IP addresses to enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.

Account data: if you sign in with Google, we store your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile picture. We never receive your Google password.

Purchase data: if you buy a Life Map report, we store the email address used at checkout and the order reference needed to deliver your report. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor.

Logs: timestamps, hashed IP addresses, and input/output sizes for security and abuse prevention.

How we use your data

We use your data solely to operate the service: computing your chart, generating readings you request, enforcing quotas, preventing abuse, processing payments, and delivering reports.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your birth data or submitted content to train AI models.

Readings are generated by an AI provider (subprocessor). Only the structured chart data and your request are sent — never your name, email, or account details.

Subprocessors

Neon (database hosting), Creem (payment processing, merchant of record), an OpenAI-compatible AI provider (reading generation), Resend (report-link email delivery), Cloudflare Turnstile (bot verification), and Google Analytics (aggregate analytics, only with your consent).

Each subprocessor processes data under its own privacy policy. Where a provider can be replaced by an equivalent service, we may do so; this list is updated accordingly.

How long we keep data

Charts are retained for up to 24 months so that reports and shared links keep working, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Usage logs are kept for up to 90 days. Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

You can request deletion of your birth data at any time via the Support page — include the approximate birth date and city used, or the order reference.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember bot-verification status.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics and advertising cookies to understand aggregate usage and fund the free tool. You can decline without losing access to the calculator.

Children

The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13; if you believe a child has provided birth data, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR/UK GDPR and CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us through the Support page to exercise them.
