For billing issues, include the email address used at checkout and the order reference from your receipt.

Data deletion requests

You can ask us to delete your birth data and any stored chart at any time. Email us from the address used at checkout (if any), or include the approximate birth date, time, and city you entered so we can locate the record.

Deletion is completed within 30 days; purchase records required for tax purposes are retained as required by law.

Chart accuracy feedback

If a chart looks wrong — for example a solar term boundary case, a historical daylight-saving switch, or a late-night (23:00–00:59) birth — tell us. Every chart page shows the engine version and conventions used, and accuracy reports drive engine updates.
